What information do we collect?
When you sign up for or use our products, you voluntarily give us certain information. This can include your name, profile photo, pins, idea albums, reviews, questions and answers, messages, uploaded content, comments, likes, follows, IP address, physical contact information, email address you used to sign up, and any other information you provide us. If you’re using Img180 on your mobile device, you can also choose to provide us with location data.
You also may give us permission to access your information in other services. For example, you may link your Facebook or Twitter account to Img180, which allows us to obtain information from those accounts (e.g., your friends or contacts).
Other information we collect
Log Data. When you use Img180 and use a feature (like our “Add to Idea Album” button), our servers automatically record information (“log data”). Other information is automatically collected whenever you engage in Img180 such as account log in, your usage statistics such as page views and traffic to and from Img180.
Device Information. In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you’re using Img180 on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data.
Transactional Information: If you make purchases through the Site, we may collect and store certain information about you to process your requests and populate forms for future transactions, such as your phone number, address, email, and credit card information. This information may be shared with third parties who help process and fulfill your requests. When you submit credit card numbers, we encrypt that information using industry standard technology. If you write reviews about businesses with which you transact through the Site, we may publicly display the fact that you transacted with those businesses.
How do we use the information we collect?
We use the information we collect to provide our products to you and make them better, develop new products, and protect Img180 and our users. For example, we may log how often people use a particular feature of Img180 or whether or not they use it at all. The information we collect may be “personally identifiable” (meaning it can be used to specifically identify you as a unique person) or “non-personally identifiable” (meaning it can’t be used to specifically identify you). We use both types of information, and combinations of both types, as described above. We may use or store information wherever Img180 does business, including countries outside your own.
